The study group of the research conducted to examine leadership orientations physical education teachers consists 329 voluntary working in public and private primary, secondary high schools affiliated with Ministry National Education Mugla 2020. In where general screening method was used, data were collected by applying “Multidimensional Leadership Orientations Scale (MLOS)” developed Dursun et al. (2019a) via google form. difference between groups examined Mann Whitney-U test from non-parametric tests variables consisting two Kruskal Wallis-H applied three scores scales. determine which favored differences obtained as a result test.
